CHAPTER 1:

Dr Watson visited Sherlock Holmes to ask if he had found another case. Later come Helen Stones to talk with Sherlock Holmes. She said that she lives with his stepfather, Grimesby Roylott in her family's home. They were rich, but now the house is falling down. Her twin sister Julia and Helen were babies when her mother die. Grimesby was a doctor,  but he stopped when mother die, and he changed so much. And Sherlock Holmes wanted to know how Julia died.

CHAPTER 2:

Helen came to Sherlock Holmes asking for help. Julia got engaged and before the wedding Julia went to talk with Helen and she said that she heard strange noises very late at night Helen said no. Sudennly at 3.00.a.m, Helen went to Julia's room, because she heard a noise. The door was closed and when the door opened, Julia said it was "The splecked band", but 2 minutes later she died.

CHAPTER 3:

Helen said that her sister death was very strange, because the doors were locked, Sherlock Holmes thinks it was a poison. Helen's stepfather was very strange and violent and were in prision for atacking a servant.  Helen thinks that Julia died of fear. Her stepfather was a doctor. Holmes said that he was going to help Helen.

CHAPTER 4:

Dr Grimesby Roylott visited Sherlock Holmes, because her Helen went to talk with Sherlock Holmes. Dr Grimesby was so angry, and wanted to punish Sherlock Holmes and he asked Dr Grimesby to leave. This afternoon Holmes and Watson went to Helen's house, and Helen showed them the rooms, before her stepfather comes.

CHAPTER 5: 

In Helen's hpuse, in the left there is the stepfather's room, the Julia's room Holmes said that the repairs aren't real and he said it was all very strange, becuase the ventilator doesn't ventilate, the bed can't be moved and a bell doesn't ring and later he want to see Dr Roylott's room.

CHAPTER 6:

Helen shows his stepfather's room and Holmes says if his stepfather had a cat, because it was a saucer of milk in the floor, but Helen's said that his stepfather collect strange animals from far away. He saw that someone had been sitting in the chair, too... They went and Holmes say that Helen haves to follow the instructions very carefully.

CHAPTER 7:

Holmes said to Helen, that she needed proof and he needed to stay in Julia's room. He said to Helen to put a lamp in that window and go to the old room and lock the door, too. Later Holmes said to Watson to bring a gun, becuase they may be in danger. Holmes thinks that Grimesby change the objects before Julia died.

CHAPTER 8:

Holmes and Watson were going to spend the night in the room were Julia died. They climbed up to get in the room, without doing noise and finally when they arrived in the room they didn't heard anything and some seconds later they heard an animal (a baboon).

CHAPTER 9:

Holmes and Watson were attacked, and Holmes thought it was a cheetah not a baboon. Then they put off the light, because Roylott didn't fall asleep. They were sitting for 3 hours and later Grimesby was in the bellrope. They put on the light and they prepared the gun because they were going to Roylott's room.

CHAPTER 10: 

Holmes and Watson heard a terrible scream from Roylott's room. They entered in Dr Roylott's room was dead, and he killed a snake in India. They saw that the wristling was Roylott calling the snake and he had to spend a few times in Julia's room and finally bit her, and finally he wanted to kill Helen to stop Helen getting her mother's money when Helen married.The next day Helen said goodbye to Watson and Holmes fot saving her life.
